ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after our receipt of your order by contacting our customer service representatives at 800-723-9868. Receipt of your order by us occurs at the time of order confirmation.

When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within three to five business days of your order date.

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order online, click here. If you have not already logged into your account, you will be required to enter your user name and password before the Order Status page loads.

How can I track the status of my shipment?
If a tracking number is available for your order, we normally include tracking information in the "We've shipped your order!" e-mail that is sent following the completion of your order. Please refer to that e-mail for order tracking information. Note: orders shipped via the "Standard" shipping option usually do not include an electronic tracking option.

Can I view order history information for older orders online?
Yes, you can see your previous orders by selecting "Orders" from the Toolbar.

How does the Reorder function work?
If you press the "Reorder" button next to a listing on the Order Status page, the items from that order will be added to your shopping cart so that you can order them again. You can remove items or change quantities from your cart if you desire. In most cases you will have a link in the shopping cart which you can use to preview the item.

Is there a minimum order for custom printed items?
Please refer to the chart for item order minimums.

I live outside the USA - can I order?
We ship anywhere in the continental US and to Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions pertaining to shipping please contact our customer service representatives at 800-723-9868

How much will the shipping and handling charges for my order be?
Shipping and handling charges for orders placed online vary depending on the product you're ordering, the quantity and the shipping method that you choose. When you go through the checkout process we allow you to choose the shipping method on the "Order Review" page which is the page following the Billing Information page. After choosing the shipping method, you'll see the Shipping & Handling charges in the "Order Summary" section on the right side of the page.

Can you send my order to another address?
When ordering online, you'll be asked to enter the shipping address for your order.

Will my entire order be shipped in one shipment?
All items on your order will ship in one shipment.

What expedited delivery options are available?
We offer Next Business Day and Second Business Day Shipping services in addition to our standard delivery option. Next Business Day and Second Business Day Service are only available to orders being shipped to locations in the forty-eight contiguous states within the USA.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure no shipping delays from time of order.
